2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or security risk.

3. Monitoring Data

• PulseBeacon stores telemetry, check events, and notification logs to provide service.
• You must have rights to submit the data you monitor through your account.
• You retain ownership of your content and monitoring data.

4. Availability and Changes

• We may improve, change, or discontinue features at any time.
• Service availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.
• We may apply maintenance windows and emergency fixes when needed.

5. Limitation of Liability

• PulseBeacon is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

6. Termination

You may stop using PulseBeacon at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material term violations, abuse, or legal/security reasons.
